2023-04-10 GitHub commit status support and permission updates

Narya now supports GitHub commit status. After a test finishes running for a given commit, we will update the test status on GitHub. You can view the result on your repository's commit history page.

To use this new feature, our GitHub app requires additional permissions (commit status and checks). To accept these changes, simply click on the prompt that will appear the next time you log in to the Github app. Alternatively, you can go to https://github.com/apps/narya-ai-app, click on "Configure," and select your organization.
